How do I confirm my order?

  • You can confirm your order immediately after you have purchased your vouchers.
    Orders are confirmed by you on-line. We do NOT offer telephone ordering.
    There are no refunds or changes once you have confirmed your order.
    Please ensure that you make the proper choice of items, select pickup.

If you have purchased a voucher please ask Groupon for a refund.

Are there any extra charges?

  • Your voucher provider will charge you the discounted price.
    Pickup at UPS & PenguinPickUP locations are FREE.

Haven't received your Order Confirmation?

  • Please check your spam/junk folder in your email program.
    If you do not find it there then please click here retrieval and you your Order Confirmation email will be re-sent to you.

How long are the vouchers valid for:

  • Your vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
    Please go to your Groupon account and view all info.
