Pick-up Locations

CHOICE OF FREE PENGUIN PICK UP & UPS LOCATIONS!

Please read this important information:

  1. All orders received by 11:59pm on Sundays, will be ready for pick-up the following Saturday after 1:00pm. You will also receive a notification email from Penguin PickUp on Friday confirming your order is ready at your chosen location.
  2. You will receive your electronic confirmation email within 5 minutes of placing your order.
    • link for directions to your chosen pick up location will be provided on the email.
    • If you haven’t received it within 5 minutes please check your spam/junk folder.
  3. You can pick up your product ONLY at the pickup location you select.
  4. Once selected, you cannot change your pick up location.
  5. Your order will be held at your chosen pick up location for 5 days after which time we will discard it.
    Unfortunately there will be no refunds.

    M-F 8:30 am – 9 pm
    Sat & Sun: 9 am – 6 pm.
    Except for the Humber Bay location where Sat & Sun are 10 am – 6 pm
